Back to Heather again, listening to the wind

Meanwhile, Heather had finally given up on her phone again - after adding yet another very short little thread of her own -, and now she just wandered around in the small cabin as if waiting for the rain to finally stop. In truth she wasn't really sure of what she was waiting for at all, but something just kept her from going right back to her room again.

Perhaps she just wanted Gavin to finish another story before she had the chance to interrupt him, or she was afraid he'd lose a bit of all that creativity of his if he learned what some things was actually like in real life? Perhaps she was somehow even nervous about meeting her favorite writer in person? Or perhaps it was a bit of all those things together, and a little bit of something else as well...?

Whatever the cause she found herself stopping for a moment outside a door that wasn't leading to her own room, and she could feel a smile crossing her lips as she heard Ashley's voice from inside - along with the quite unmistakable sound of a body being slammed repeatedly against a wall.

Hadn't she just told those two to keep it down a bit...?

She stood there listening for a while, almost wishing she could open the door and sneak a peek without them noticing, but just as quickly decided against it. They could deserve some privacy after all that happened, and she truly hoped that Ashley had already told her lover about what happened between herself and Kurt. There was nothing worse really, than trying to sort out crap like that after a wild night in bed...

So she continued quietly to the other side of the house - this time with a little more inspiration under the belt to try and have a little talk with that writer -, and found herself stopping once again to listen outside yet another of the doors. The sounds coming from inside was by far more subtle than the last room, but it was still fairly easy to recognize the soft moaning for what it actually was.

"So Chloe got her hands on you first, huh...?" She thought to herself, with just a hint of disappointment in her heart. She'd really come to like Zack over the years they'd known eachother, and it reached a whole new level for her during this very morning, when he ended up giving her a helping hand with some things... Still she wouldn't refuse either him or Chloe the joy of finally finding one another, but to her surprise she was actually more dismayed about the fact that he might also have given up his crush on Victoria along the way.

Now, that girl would really need someone better than the usual kind of guys she'd fall for so easily!

And speaking of Vicky, she decided to head back to the other side to listen outside her door as well - just in case really -, but as expected she couldn't hear a sound from within. Hopefully she was already fast asleep, although Heather couldn't keep from smiling at the thought of the sweet blonde lying awake and alone - just listening to the soft rain outside, and the heavy lovemaking going on just across from her room...

Eventually she headed for the kitchen though - to have some fresh air out at the wooden deck -, before trying again to decide on what to do with herself. The rain had almost stopped by now, and she enjoyed the cold wind on her cheeks as she stood outside for a couple of moments...

For some reason it got her thinking about her troublesome cousin though, which caused her to grimace badly, until she tried to picture him all alone out there in the rain. She didn't really know where she got that idea from, but it kinda helped make her smile again...
