Su-jong scooted back in her chair before jumping up and taking a few steps backward. She held her hands close to her chest, panicked. Mr. Allen was taken aback, his eyes wide with shock.
"Su-jong, I'm sorry." he said, sounding normal. "I didn't mean to scare you. I'm sorry if I bothered you."
"No, it's fine." Su-jong replied. "The prank just has me freaked out, that's all."
Mr. Allen raised his hands, as if to show he wasn't threatening. "It's perfectly alright. You've had a long day, why don't you go home?"
"Alright, thank you Mr. Allen." Su-jong said, relieved. She turned and headed for the door. Unfortunately, it swung open in front of her and someone came inside!
