Chapter 56

Anything else exciting happen that day?
At least check the app, that can't go badly
It was the little things, like Amy stealing your towel, that made you love her even more. Although it was annoying in the present, it was cute how she was able to joke with you.
You decide to look in the shop for whatever it was that the pop-up in your vision was talking about.
Scrumptious Seed (100 Lust Points): Your semen tastes delicious
Well, that was pretty simple. Some of these traits were a lot more complex than others, like A Helping Hand versus Great Kisser.
You weren't immediately going to buy that one. Lust points right now were your most "throwaway" currency, but you didn't feel like spending your points at the moment on an impulse purchase. You took the opportunity to look in the shop again with your meager amount of points, reminding you of when you browsed the stores while a broke student.
Great Student caught your eye, although you were running low on Affection Points...by that meaning zero of them.
Great Hospitality was what you were thinking about earlier, although it did cost 200 Affection Points that you didn't have. The cheaper option didn't have anything that you wanted in it, so that was out the window for now.
Great Kisser would be a fun one to have, although you would likely wait until at least Thursday so you wouldn't use it on Evelyn in any compromising situation that she may put you in.
It's All Just Hearts and Roses was the most expensive one you could get with love points, but what would it do? People already naturally had a higher lust score than love score with you.
Magic Skin and Eyes Like Diamonds were mainly just currency sinks. You didn't need those, at least in the present moment. They may eventually be useful if you had a way to generate points or if you had a massive surplus of lust points, but they were just unnecessary at this point.
First Lover's Pride you had already looked at and decided against, except in an emergency.
Well, saving your points wasn't the worst decision. It permitted you to buy things in a pinch if you needed to in the future.
The front door to the house slammed with Evelyn declaring that she was inside. Was it seriously already the afternoon? You even had more time every day not taken up by sleep and it still felt like the days flew by.
"Oh hey, Cody, you're just the person I wanted to talk to," she said as she saw you in the living room.
"It seems like you've been saying that a lot in the past few days," you remarked out loud.
"What, who says I can't talk with my favorite sister's boyfriend?" she feigned being insulted.
"Make that your ONLY sister's boyfriend," you pointed out.
"Yeah, yeah, tomato, tomāto," she waved it off as she took her shoes off and plopped down on the couch next to you. Amy was off in one of the other bathrooms of the house, taking an actual shower this time. You hoped that it wasn't a bad sign that you were alone with Evelyn yet again.
"Well, what did you need?" you asked her.
"Who said I needed anything?" she responded. "I just wanted to talk to you, you're fun to talk to."
"Mmhmm, and this talk isn't going to end with you trying to k-"
"That was one time!" she exclaimed. "Granted, I wouldn't mind doing it again..."
You had to scoot a little away from her as she got more and more forward, and thankfully, you heard the water in the bathroom turn off, signaling that Amy would be back out in a few minutes.
"Party pooper," Evelyn pouted.
"Yeah, sure, we'll see how you'd like it if your boyfriend's brother started doing that to you," you reasoned.
"Like that would ever happen," she said wistfully. "I would never have one person hitting on me, let alone two."
"Evelyn-" you warned.
"I know, I know, sorry, I'm working on it," she quickly cut you off, rescinding her previous statement.
"Oh hey you two," Amy said, appearing in the living room far faster than you expected her to.
"Hey Amy," you simply responded, thanking her with your eyes for coming soon and getting her sister off your case.
"Hi," Evelyn said with a bit of a grumble in her voice as she scooted over.
Amy sat in between the two of you. You weren't sure whether or not that was intentional or not, whether she was trying to separate you and Evelyn like a high school field trip chaperone, or if it was just because that's the seat her eyes landed on first. Whatever it was, you were doubly thankful that she did that.
"What's gotten into Evelyn lately?" Amy asked as the two of you climbed into bed.
"What do you mean?" you responded, trying to deduce what exactly it was that she was talking about.
"She's been acting unnaturally close with you as of late," she explained.
"I honestly don't know," you said. You really didn't know what had gotten into her, and all that you did know was that she was just feeling a little behind the times, so to speak. "When I was in her room, she was just talking about how she was nervous around guys and wanted an opinion from a male's opinion."
"Hmm..." Amy clicked her tongue. "Wait! Check her scores in the app thingy!"
Oh no, this was not good. You couldn't NOT check her scores, but you really didn't want Amy to see that Evelyn was, to put it short, falling in love with you. You did manage to turn off A Helping Hand stealthily as you booted up the app.
Amy took your phone from you, and scrolled down until she found her sister.
Pearson, Evelyn
Affection Score: 92 (+4)
Love Score: 47 (+5)
Lust Score: 46 (+3)
Shit shit shit shit...
"What the f-Evelyn, are you trying to steal my man?" Amy asked to nobody. Well, she asked Evelyn, but Evelyn was not in the room. "Okay, wait wait wait wait, hold on a second, my head is running a million miles an hour. Is Evelyn...? Are you...? Would...?"
"No, I have not done anything scandalous with your sister," you consoled her. "I went into her room to help her out, and after that, she gained pretty much all of those points. I kinda thought she saw me in a brotherly sort of way."
"Well, if she does see you in a brotherly way, then she has some pretty messed-up ideas about her siblings," Amy says, not as upset as you thought she would be. "I mean...hoo boy, okay, I need to have a talk with her."
"Amy, I hate to say it, but I think talking to her about this might not be the best course of action," you said, trying to stop the intercontinental ballistic missile that was headed straight for Evelyn.
"What, why?" Amy asked, incredulously. "You think that I should just let her come after you and just sit idly by while my sister sweeps my lover away from me?"
"Look, okay," you reasoned, trying to find a happy medium. "We're leaving in a day and a half, I think we can survive her antics for that long. Plus, if you tell her about it, she's not going to be happy, both with you and with me, and she's going to go back to that state she was in Monday afternoon."
Amy thought about that for a minute before responding with, "Okay, but I'm not going to let you leave me. Evelyn can go talk with you about boys or college or whatever, but I'm not going to let it get in the way of you being with me."
"And I won't let it either," you agreed. "In two days, we'll be back at college, and Evelyn won't be a problem anymore."
"Good, now come here," Amy said, beckoning you to come closer to her as the two of you laid down in the bed. "I'm never letting go of you."
She held on to you tightly. Not like a bear hug, but tight enough to make it clear that she would never let you go. You responded in kind, bringing your arms around her. Your lover kissed you deeply and sensitively, letting the kiss linger for a long time between the two of you.
"Mmm...I know you're trying to help her, and that's so sweet of you, Cody," Amy said, half-asleep. "I love that you're willing to help out my sister, but I love you too much."
"I love you too Amy, and don't worry. I'll never leave you. They'd have to pry us apart to make me do that," you responded.
Sleep took the two of you. It was nice in a way that Amy knew about Evelyn's situation now, so you didn't have to tiptoe around her, because you really didn't want to do that to your girlfriend. You'd likely have to talk to Evelyn about it, and hopefully she would understand. Your plan was to hopefully do something with Evelyn come Christmas break, or Thanksgiving depending on whether or not you would come to Amy's for those holidays.
Time for Wednesday
