Wakeyo nodded in agreement, "We should make new airfields and dockyards a priority, and then we should look to bolstering our defenses; I hear worrying rumours that warlords are active in some parts of Mali and Sierra Leone."

"What about the new railways? Shouldn't we build them so we can expand our logistics?" Tobiah Wiedenseld put forth, the Minister of Transport expressing worry, "Our infrastructure might be improving, but there's still plenty of room for expansion, and the more roads and rails we build the greater our logistical capabilities; there are still many parts of Liberia that lack basic infrastructure."

"If we are going to expand the roads, we need the military hardware so our soldiers can ensure protection of workers," Wakeyo argued.

"Yes, I don't deny that," Tobiah argued back, "But we should in fact build the roads and rails first, so we can easily hasten the building of new dockyards, factories and airfields."

As one who studied aviation in the IDF and earned Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and railway systems, Tobiah Wiedenseld was best suited for matters of transportation in terms of education, though his experience in actual planning and construction of transport infrastructure was rather minimal, having only served in the Ministry of Transportation for three years before being called to Liberia.

"I second Tobiah's argument," Aviel said, "We need to connect every part of the country for rapid deployment and construction."

"As you say, Ma'am President," Wakeyo relented.

"On other news, we should also expand our telecoms industry as well," Amos added with a smile, "Our local services are taking off with great speed, and countless Liberians in Monrovia have endless praise for the system's robust functionality."

"No arguments there, Amos," Tobiah nodded in agreement.

"Neither from me," Wakeyo smiled.

"Alright then," Aviel declared, "We will implement the Master Plan with transport, manufacture and telecoms industry in mind. After the first three months, we will reconvene here to monitor progress. After the end of this fiscal year, we will discuss if there are any changes to be made to the Master Plan. Any objections?"

"No, Ma'am President," They chorused.

"Then for now, this meeting is adjourned," Aviel said.
