Anna and Bobby Figure It Out

5:45PM Student Center... "Okay now that we have a bit of privacy how do you think this works?" Bobby asked as he closed the door to the study room. After getting their dinner, Anna and Bobby had made their way over to one of the study rooms in the student center so that they could discuss things in private.

"Well based on what PSY told me it seems like our DPCs will adapted to whatever they drink." Anna hopped up from her chair and went to the white board. "Okay what do you think of when you think of Mountain Dew?" She asked as she scribbled Mountain Dew on the board.

"Gamer..." Bobby said hesitantly while Anna scribbled gamer on the board.

"Okay, what else comes to mind?" Anna motioned for Bobby to continue to think.

"Umm... I don't know." Bobby shrugged and grabbed a French fry.

"Come on..." Anna tapped the board with her marker. "Nerds?" Anna turned and scribbled on the board. Bobby sat there chewing on a fry nodding his head. "O! How about obesity?" Anna paused for a second thinking about things. "That would explain her weight gain..." Anna spun around and scribbled obesity on the board. "Anything else?"

"I can't think of anything else." Bobby picked up his cheese burger and took a bite. "Wait..." Bobby said before taking a bite. "There's one thing I don't get. Why was BJ originally a bimbo? I used regular water to rehydrate her. It's not like I had some special bimbo juice that I rehydrated her with." Bobby took a bite of his cheeseburger.

"I actually asked PSY a similar question. He claimed that if someone is nearby when a DPC is first being hydrated, then the DPC will adapt to fit that person's preferences." Anna paused feeling that her explanation wasn't very good. "So like PSY was rehydrated in the women's restroom in our bath tub... The girl whose dorm room is next to that bath tub is super into K-pop. Like obsessed with it. So I assume that PSY came out Korean because that is what her fantasy lover... um companion would be."

Bobby continued to chew as he thought about her explanation. "So what you're saying is that someone with a bimbo fetish was nearby when BJ was being rehydrated?" Anna began nodding yes with a smile on her face. "But then why didn't she become a super nerd when I first gave her Mountain Dew?"

"I've been thinking about that too." Anna snatched up the dry erase marker. "When you first gave her the Mountain Dew did you give her a lot?"

"No." Bobby took a sip of his soda. "It was maybe like a third of this." Bobby held up his super-sized drink. "So like maybe the equivalent of a can of soda."

"Perfect!" Anna turned and wrote 10 B's on the board and then 2 G's. "So let's just say this works kind of like a chemical reaction." Anna pointed to the 10 B's. "This is BJ in her normal well hydrated bimbo state. Then let's say you give her a can of Mountain Dew." She circled the G's and drew and arrow to the B's. "So these all mix together and come to an equilibrium. There would be a bit of a gamer influence, but she would mostly be a bimbo. Now..." She turned back and wrote 2 B's and 8 G's on the board. "Now let's say she's super dehydrated and you give her a 2 liter of Mountain Dew." Anna drew an arrow from the G's to the B's. "Now when she's hit equilibrium she will be mostly a gamer with a bit of bimbo influence." Anna snapped the cap back on the marker. "Make sense?"

Bobby had been sitting there slack jawed. "Yeah... It actually does... Holy shit your smart!"

Anna proudly smiled. "I am a scientist after all."

6:19PM Marshall Dormitory Basement... "Where the hell is that trash can..." Jay mumbled to himself as he searched around the basement of the Marshall dormitory. Jay had already checked the little maintenance room that Bobby had rehydrated BJ in, and the trashcan had been moved. "Nope..." Jay mumbled as he quickly exited the laundry room. "It's not here either..." Jay thought as he passed the little kitchen area. "Did they put it in the garbage room?" Jay hustled across the basement to the garbage room.

"Bingo!" Jay spotted a trashcan that looked brand new sitting in the corner of the garbage room next to a couple of half full garbage cans. "Please be empty..." He said as he leaned over to have a look inside. "It could be worse..." Jay thought as he grabbed a small bag of garbage someone had tossed in the trashcan. Luckily for Jay the person had knotted the bag, so no garbage had spilled out into the can. "Damn this thing is practically new..." Jay picked up the can to take it down to the maintenance room.
