An interview with the High Procuress

Two years ago our correspondent Slobadan Milkowicx interviewed the person responsible for the efficient running of the Royal Molonian Harem - The Chatelaine, Lady Ludmilla Orsova. This week he interviewed the Chief Procurer, a post that has existed for 513 years. Now, as summer approaches, the Procurers will commence their work around the country so we were interested in how they choose the Molonian women who become honoured chattels..

Lady Danička Grolznyska was quite happy to have her picture taken in her office in the Harem complex, and my first question was why she works naked?

DG: As a former chattel and working in an office within the Harem complex I always feel far more at ease and comfortable when naked, I think it helps me make better choices by always remembering that the girls I choose to become Harem chattels will themselves live and, mostly, serve naked for many years.

SM: So you were a chattel, can you give use a bit of information about your career please?

DG: I myself served as an aristocratic chattel for ten years (five plus five), then a trainer for two before working as a Regimental Harem procurer and then both an aristocratic and commoner procurer for the Royal Harem. I always wanted to be a Procurer, and after 6 years in the procurement office I was very honoured to be promoted to this dream job at the age of 36. I've been in the role for two years now and enjoy every day.

SM: I see, very interesting, and how large is your department?

DG: For the Royal Harem I have 15 aristocratic procurers, one per canton, and 50 procurers for commoners, one senior and two others per canton, plus five trainees. For the Regimental Harem's I have 15, one per Army regiment. So that makes 80, plus my wonderful secretary, who you met earlier. She also works naked, because I do!

SM: So you have separate procurers for aristocratic and common girls?

DG: Yes we do, Aristocratic Procurers personally visit our Lords in their mansions and castles to interview the girls. An aristocrat must request that his daughter be viewed, whereas our commoners are chosen from sight on the nations beaches, parks and sometimes, inns.

SM: Can you explain the aristocratic process more for our readers?

DG: An aristocrat who thinks his daughter is lovely enough to serve is required to send a photo of her both clothed and naked to my department Here is an example - If I personally believe she may be suited to service (and, in this case, this pretty girl has just finished her three months training) then I approve the visit to the girls home. The girl, or, often, girls if there are two daughters, are expected to be naked for my Procurer, who will conduct an interview.

We certainly expect the girls to make an effort if they wish to become chattels and they will be expected to prove some sexual knowledge to my Procurer by fellating him or simply having sex and showing that they enjoy it! Of course, we also have female Procurers, like I once was, and, if I send a woman then the daughter will be expected to prove herself as being able to pleasure someone of her own sex!

Because aristocrats pay a lot more daughter tax we get a lot of applications, and we only accept the most beautiful...

SM: And how do you choose girls from commoner stock?

DG: The summer is when we go in search of commoner girls for the harem. This is why the "naked summer law" exists of course, and as of last year that law now applies to all single women between the ages of 18 and 36 which gives us another 8 years of choice compared to previous years. This is because His Majesty the King is seeking older chattels, and so we will be particularly looking for them this year.

SM: And how do the procurers go about their work?

DG: My procurers know the annual requirements sent down to us by The Lord High Marshal and will go to the beaches, parks and leisure facilities of the nation to find chattels. Just as with the aristocrats, only the most beautiful will be considered, and we often simply see them walking in the streets or just shopping.

But, to be honest, it is the nations beaches rom where we choose most girls in the summer - it must be the charged atmosphere! My procurers will approach a girl they consider suitable, identify themselves and ask about her background, education, her views on our royal Family and, of course, her sexual experience.

If her answers are applicable then my Procurer will usually test her fellatio skills there and then on the beach (so if you see this when you re out you can be sure it is a lucky young girl being tested to become a chattel!). Obviously, not all girls succeed and thus the better her oral skills the more likely she is to be selected. She will certainly not be selected if she does not eagerly swallow his semen!

SM: Excellent, and are you changing anything this summer?

DG: This summer we are going to honour those girls we find and pre-select (prior, that is to my self and my staff confirming the choice) by giving them a garter for their thigh. They can wear this as a mark of pride in having been chosen to serve Their Majesties. This year it will be yellow, and we will change it for subsequent years.

SM: Very interesting, and do you consider young ladies already engaged in providing sexual services?

DG: Yes, of course, we are always interested in inn-girls and those in the Civil Sexual Service, because they will have many of the initial skills we look for. We will certainly approach the most desirable inn girls in any town...

And they can certainly be expected to have full coitus with my procurer in the inn itself, after all, they all have the rooms to do so!

SM: What are your procurers looking for at this point

DG: Well, at this point we are looking for a girl to enjoy sex, primarily vaginal, there is plenty of time to improve her skills in other sexual techniques of course. We do insist though that she swallows the semen of my procurers, or the vaginal fluids of my female procurers, that is a very important consideration for us at the offset.

SM: You also mentioned Civil Sexual Service girls?

DG: Yes, of course, these girls can often make very good chattels because they are already serving with a daily quota of men they must pleasure and so may well be quite experienced in the sexual arts. In fact two of my most experienced procurers specialise in testing CSS girls here in the capital and they are very successful in choosing excellent servile chattels for the Harem.

SM: what happens if it is known that your procurers are visiting a town and the girls, shall we say, show off a little bit!?

DG: Naturally my team are well aware of the various ways a girl might try and draw attention to herself! Rolling over on a beach to display her vulva and bottom-hole more fully, standing there with her legs wide apart, to show her stretching ability say, just bending over in the street right in front of one of the procurers, or asking her innkeeper to send the Procurer straight upstairs to an inn room where she may be waiting on display, ready for copulation...

To be honest, my team don't mind this at all; it is something of an advantage if a girl is willing to display herself like this, because the last thing the Harem needs is shy girls serving our fine aristocrats!

SM: And do you have certain "types" of girl you specifically look for each year?

DG: Yes we do and that changes from year to year depending on instructions from Their Majesties. So, for instance in my first year there was a particular need for girls with large breasts.

And this year, we are particularly interested in redheads and those with long brunette hair. We always require our new chattels to have bald pudenda, so girls who have already shaved or waxed themselves completely will always catch the procurer's eye! (SM: remember that for the beaches this summer girls!)

And we also have a need for girls with tattoos, the Crown Prince particularly likes this sort of chattel for anal sex.

SM: What about sexual experience?

DG: These days we really do prefer a girl to have had sex as it makes training far more efficient when the Trainers do not have to take a girls virginity, this is why my procurers will always test a girls ability right when she is first spotted and why we are particularly interested CSS girls, as I said earlier..

SM: How many girls are chosen each year?

DG: The Harem usually requires about 240 new chattels every year, an intake is 15 girls, we have three intakes every month from June to September, mainly for commoners and two in October and November, mainly for aristocrats.

SM: I see, very interesting and if I might ask finally, what is the best part of your job?

DG: I always have the last say on the selection of new chattels and so it is such an honour to know that every day I am selecting beautiful women who will serve and pleasure our aristocracy and Royal Family when they walk through the doors of the Harem.
