An ancient prophecy about a number of events that will lead to the Great Punishment

A thousand years ago, back when Mirantia was merely just a petty kingdom consisted of just its capital and the surrounding villages, a group of Elven and human priests resided within Mirantia's territory have received the divine visions that foretold of the coming of the births of two individuals, one male and one female, known as the Blessed Ones, who've been blessed with divine powers who are the results from the unions through adulteries committed by the Cheating Queen and her guard.

The Blessed Ones brought with them the Powers of the Heaven and they will spread their powers to those who believed in them and wish to accept such powers according to their own wills with no compulsion for that they believed the two to be the Adopted Son and Daughter of the Heaven and their messages about the upcoming Great Punishment and the call to surrender to the Heaven from their own hearts.

The Great Punishment, the catastrophic event in which the peoples of the known world will be punished for their sins such as fostering hatred, abuses of the abilities to speak and allowing social inequality to rule the societies unless they surrendered to the Heaven. And if they wished to survive and help others who possessed no Powers of the Heaven to survive, accept the Powers of the Heaven that they've been blessed with and use them in accordance of righteousness and virtues is an act of salvation.

Those who persecuted the Blessed Ones and their followers who followed them in accordance of the Will of Heaven will received nothing but the pains and tortures brought upon them by the Great Punishment.

The large pyramids in the lands across the Great Ocean shall collapsed, emerging from them the beasts of epic proportions on the march to cleanse the world of the sinners and those who abused the Powers of the Heaven.

It matters not who possessed the Powers of the Heaven. All sapient lifeforms under the Heaven is equal to one another. Those who possessed the Powers of the Heaven but abuse them will received nothing but hellfire in the afterlife along with those who persecuted them for possessing such powers.

Sometime before the Great Punishment is commenced, a war between the two superpowers shall erupted, causing significant damages between both sides. However, one with the ruler who heeded the divine call to surrender to the Heaven but chosen to do so in the way of his religion shall emerged victorious in this war while the one with the ruler who rejected the divine call and insulted the Blessed Ones ended up being overthrown and his nation fell into anarchy.

The survival of Mirantia and other nations in the known world, the ones that are superpowers included, are depending on how their rulers viewed the messages about the Great Punishment and how they receive the divine calls to accept the Blessed Ones as the Adopted Son and the Daughter of Heaven and to surrender to the Heaven.

When the Great Punishment ended, what left of the known world shall be reorganized, new nations shall appeared, the peoples with the Powers of the Heaven shall be everywhere across the known world and in all ranks of every society, and peace and prosperity shall returned until the next divine warning is received by the ones who are chosen to receive it from the Heaven.

As time passed by, this prophecy came to be known as Prophecy of Divine Bastards since the Blessed Ones are the results from the adulterous acts between the Cheating Queen and her lover.
