Can Claire escape with her $200+ dress clothes?

An acceptable tax write off

Claire unfastened her shirt and unzipped her skirt. She crawled her way out of the rubble bile and her clothes. Crawling to the outside, she took a deep breath and felt the claustrophobia wear off. Looking around she saw the decaying Jurassic Park visitor centre; further damaged by the Indominus. She noticed that it was darker than before. She looked up and saw that the sunlight was shining in a different direction. The angle wasn’t further along than before but rather further back. Shining through the ruined roof like it was morning…

Claire looked around for any danger. Finding none so far, she steadily rose to her feet but tumbled to the ground. She cursed and looked down at her feet. She found the reason for her recent fall and the fall that almost got her killed was the broken heel of her shoes. She spat out a curse and ripped them both off her feet, along with her dirty wet socks. She knew that throwing them away would mean walking bare feet but wearing broken heels would run the risks of falling over and breaking her foot or worse.

Standing up, she surveyed herself. She still had her pink tank top, now a dirty dark pink from the wet ground, dirt and sweat. She was more than lucky to still have the shorts she had been wearing underneath her skirt still intact. Her bra and panties were still fine. Her injuries were minor. A few scrapes and a bruise or two. She touched the ache on her head and hissed. It was a scrape too but left a good part of her scalp bruised. All in all, she was fine.
