Amelia (Event 1)

You hear somebody knocking on your door. Well, realistically you already knew who that somebody is. You open the door and find Amelia.

“Hey.” She holds her own arm and looks down.

“Hey”, you answer. “What’s the matter?”

“I … I’m sorry.”

“You’re sorry?”

“I can’t promise anything. I have nothing to give. I –“, her voice cracks. Silent tears start racing down her cheeks.

You take her by the hand and gently lead her to sit on your bed. Then you sit next to her and take her into your arms. Time passes and you just let her cry it all out without saying anything. Eventually all her tears are shed and her sobbing becomes coarse.

“Thanks, forbidden love. I … I’m sorry, I never really realized, what I put you through.”
