Alice Lancaster, when on the field is a highly observant no nonsense sniper who takes out her enemies with a cold demeanor. She's rarely emotional in missions, believing a cool head will get her farther then any blind emotion will. And she's fairly right, given she's had years of experience with very few truly bad situations she's be involved in, and she's one of the best snipers that was drawn into the Rose Squadron.

Off the field...she's the most hopeless romantic lesbian you could ever find. While smart enough to avoid trying to engage in relations with anyone in the Rose Squadron or in the Military in general, Alice falls in love with just about every third girl she meets, and has a long, long standing history of relationships that end badly for unlucky reasons on her part. She even asked more then one of the TRT Interns out, in front of Lizette. She was shut down, and Lizette laughed, but this sniper really can't catch a break with other women.

She's not a bad "Creation" candidate, per say. But her position as a sniper makes her less effective in the enclosed spaces of the Tower, meaning she's not likely to be that useful in the later stages of climbing the tower.

She seems to have a sort of friendship with Eveline Union, as the two do seem to interact on base with each other far more often then they do anyone else. Of course, this friendship seems to be completely platonic, as they do try to remain professional in their roles
