You're writing about an Adaptive Yandere. They aren't quite in touch with their emotions, all they know is that Senpai's joy makes them happy, and stuff that others say they're supposed to feel. They're supposed to feel jealous when senpai kisses someone else, but they found out that Senpai doesn't want them to, so they don't.
