What's Next On The List???

Acquiring A Myrish Lover and Attending A Funeral

Aegon Had Stopped At Longtable On The Way South To Dorne, Intending and Ultimately Successfully Acquiring Taena Merryweather Of Myr As A Lover. Lord Orton Was Rather Frail Upon Arrival, His Meal Being So Badly Done He Was Slowly Dying. Aegon Was Riding South, To Attend His Uncles Funeral, and To Set The Record Straight, As Far As Lord Yronwood Was Concerned. But This Was Not The Only Reason For Traveling To Dorne, Aegon Wanted, Nay He Needed To End The Strife Between Dorne and The Reach, So He Did What Was Politically Best, Legitimised Obara and Suggested She Be Matched To The Heir Of Highgarden To Put To Rest The Bad Blood. Since Obara's Father Had Fanned The Flames Last Time Around, It Would Be Somewhat Fitting As A Way For Reparation As Far As The Fat, Balding, and Witless Father-In-Law That Was Mace Tyrell Was Concerned. Rhaenys and Her Intended Husband Ser Jamie Lannister Were In Attendance, As Was Robb Stark and His Intended Wife Princess Daenerys.

Aegon Rode In Relative Solemn Silence, The Sand Snakes, Margaery and Myrcella, and Queen Mother Elia Rode With Him. As Did Ladies Wylla, Taena, and Alys, The Last Of Whom Had Accompanied Dany As Handmaiden But Would Eventually Return As A Royal Paramour, Most Likely Bearing A Royal Child. Tyene Had Grown Noticeably Pregnant, Ending Her Intended Path As A Septa, But Aegon Found A Far More Lively Position For Her As The King's Acknowledged Mistress. Women Were As Like To Seek Her Favor As They Were To Seek The Two Queens, Or As Likely Their Husbands Would Seek Aegon's.

Aegon Was At Last In Sight Of Sunspear, He'd First Came Here After The Rebellion, A Year and A Half Or So After His Birth In Two Hundred and Eighty Two AC, Which Was Roughly In The Second Half Of The First Baratheon Rebellion, But He Generally Preferred The Water Gardens Or Dragonstone. He'd Played In The Water Gardens As A Young Child, Becoming A Close Companion Of Tyene, Rhaenys, and Of Course Arianne. It Was During Such Times That Cemented Aegon's Love For Tyene Above Nym and Ari, and Yes, Rhaenys As Well. His Horse A Sand Steed, Long Accustomed To The Climate Of Dorne, But Not His Preferred Species Of Horse. Aegon Was Nearing Sunspear Ever More Closely, and Felt It Was Time To Face The Songs........

Aegon Rode Into The Castle, No Longer Bothering To Expect Bent Knees Because He Couldn't Care Any More. Doran, Uncle Doran, He Was Long Aegon's Favorite Male Dornish Relative Outside Of Quentyn, Doran Was Always Willing To Listen To Aegon, Never Outright Dismissing Him, Letting Him Down Gently, Or Any Similar Kind Of Tripe, He Just Listened. Doran Knew About Aegon's Love For Tyene, Perhaps More Than Tyene Herself. Aegon Swung From His Horse, Helped Each Queen and Paramour Down and Strode Forward To Quentyn. Without Waiting For His Cousin, Aegon Tightly Embraced His Cousin. "I Did What I Could, But Ari Need's You To Stand By Her." Aegon Tells Him In A Whisper. As They Part Aegon Turns To Quentyn's Father-In-Law. "Lord Yronwood, It's Not Going To Happen." Says Aegon As He Pushes Past The Dornish To See Doran's Body.

Striding In The Great Hall, Aegon Finds His Uncle Laid Out, and Quickly Grabs Ahold Of Arianne, Because She Immediately Bursts Into Sobs and Tears. "Hey, Look At Me Ari." Aegon Tells Her Firmly But Gently. Arianne Raises Her Head To Look At Him. "You Are Strong, You Are Your Father's Daughter, The Princess Of Dorne and Sunspear. I'm Entrusting You With Your Birthright, But You Need To Be Strong, For Quentyn, For Trystane, and Dorne, But Especially For Yourself. Promise Me Ari!" Aegon Demands. "I Promise." She Says Softly. "Who Are You? What Is Your Name?" Aegon Asks. "I Am Arianne Martell, Princess Of Dorne and Sunspear!" Says Arianne Much More Fiercely. "Good, But You Are Also My Secret Beloved, Never Forget That." Says Aegon Soothingly.

Aegon Sat Amongst The Lord's Of Dorne, His Hand Tightly Holding Ari's. "The Succession Of Dorne Is Clear, No Cock Rules It. A Man Or Woman Who Is The Firstborn Will Inherit In Dorne Regardless Of Their Gender. This Is Dorne, Not The Rest Of Westeros. Anybody Who Wants To Contest It Will Find Themselves Buried Up To Their Chin In Sand and Left To Die By The Sand Snakes, With My Permission To Do With As They See Fit." Says Aegon, Keeping His Eyes Squarely On Lord Yronwood. "I Support My Sister In This, and I Vow Not To Contest The Succession." Says Quentyn.

How Is The Actual Funeral????
