A week later...

That passion night was the best night in John's life. However, his happiness didn't last long. A heel realization hit him hard three days later: He didn't wear a condom and Jessica wasn't on birth control.

It's not that they didn't plan to start a family. But in their thought, it would come after both of them graduated and had a career. Having a baby right now could ruin all of their plans.

John could only hopefully pray that Jessica remembered to take morning-after pills. She definitely understood how serious the problem is. As he knew, she was against abortion.
