A slimy encounter (Clip 4 of 14)

Melissa clicked on the next clip. Wasn't the most eventful footage, but it did show of a species that at the time, no one had ever seen before.

The Camera was turned on again in a hotel lobby, and immediately focused on a giant dead yellow slug that was on the ground, that had a trail of golden mucus behind it. The corpse was riddled with bullet wounds, and there was plenty of the monsters blood around it.

"...Alright, we got away from the spiders, but we ran into this ugly bastard just as quickly. Thankfully, it appears that these Towerlings we are fighting have this significant weakness to bullets, which we exploited to-" Lydia was saying before she got cut off.

"Cut the crap Northwell. This is a large slug-like creature, you can't see it right now, but on the underside of this thing is several large tentacles that can be used to grab or propel the creature forward, and if you look at the trail of mucus it leaves behind, the mucus is disintegrating the hotel floor. We are unsure of what the Slug was trying to get from us in his ****, but we were able to kill it effectively enough." Clara said.

"Uh, Clara? I'm pretty sure the Slug just wants to fuck and impregnate us, if the-" Lydia started saying before she got cut off again.

"Not likely. There's no creature on the planet that exists to-" Clara started before it was her turn to get cut off.

"Did you miss those pregnant women who were trapped by the spiders?" Lydia responded.

"...Come here, give me the camera." Clara responded before the camera shut off.

Without any further information on the slugs at the time of the recording, the TRT felt it would be best if that information was kept confidential. Besides, the less information the Rose Squadron had about the Towerlings, the more effectively they could be manipulated.
