Though she would never admit it to anyone out loud, Cinder wasn't as omnipotent as many portray her to be. yes, she is highly intellectual and always plans ten moves in advance, but there were a few occasions when things would slip through the cracks. Most notable of which being the mute girl who has a penchant for causing mischief. The midget seemed to take joy in messing with others, not once giving any indication that she had something up her sleeve.
But Cinder was sure that the criminal was smart enough to not mess with her...
