A neighbor comes to visit with an aphrodisiac and a book

By the time Jennifer got home her head was spinning. All that stuff on the radio was crazy. Like she would want to have sex with her own daughter. She needed to clear her head. Jennifer spent the next few hours cleaning the house. She finished the laundry and found a shirt to put on, she mopped the floor, she did the dishes, she even mowed the lawn which was usually her husband’s job. She was doing everything she could to get the image of her naked daughter out of her head, to forget about everything she heard on the radio. Unfortunately it didn’t work.

It was early afternoon when her doorbell rang. Her neighbor Lisa had stopped by for a visit. She had some cookies in a Tupperware container in one had and a book in the other.

“Can I come in?” Lisa asked.

“Of course.” Jennifer replied. Maybe Lisa could give her a much needed distraction.

“We made cookies last night, and honestly it’s just too much I thought you might like some.”

“That’s so sweet.” Jennifer said. She put the cookies on the counter. Little did she know that the cookies contained an aphrodisiac. With the house to themselves the mother and daughter will be stuck together sexually frustrated.

“It was nothing. I also brought this book. I thought you might like it.” Lisa said. She handed the book over to Jennifer. Jennifer was shocked when she saw it. It was a book written by that hack psychologist Dr. Smith.

“Why would you give me this?” Jennifer asked.

“Well I grabbed it from the bookstore the other day on a whim and I found it absolutely fascinating and a little scandalous.” Lisa replied.

“A little scandalous? I heard this doctor on the radio this morning. She’s advocating for mothers and daughters to engage in sexual relationships!”

“It’s only a theory and a wild one at that! Aren’t you a little curious?” Lisa replied.

“I guess, but it feels gross and wrong.” Jennifer responded.

“Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. Who’s to say. I just thought you’d find it interesting. She has a wild take on domination and submission within mothers and daughters. Did you know that a mother and daughter are always looking to dominate the other? She says while a romantic relationship can and will bring ease to the dynamic when given into a fully sexual relationship, almost always one of them emerges as the dominant **** and the other the submissive one. Apparently it helps balance the power or whatever.”

“It’s still pretty gross if you ask me,” Jennifer responded. Although deep down she was very curious. She hated the way her and her daughter were fighting all the time. She just wanted to be happy, but this still seemed like too much.

“Well just give it a read. Then we can at least talk about it. You have to admit it’s pretty wild!” Lisa said.

“It is wild.”

“Oh I almost forgot Nick and I have tickets to see Wicked this weekend. Would you and Frank like to tag along?” Lisa asked.

“Frank is out of town for a few months.”

“That’s a shame. Hey why don’t you bring Casey?” Lisa suggested.

“I suppose that could be fun. We haven’t done anything special as a mother and daughter in a while.” Jennifer said.

“And then maybe afterwards you two can test out Dr. Smith’s theories.” Lisa joked. Jennifer glared at Lisa. “I’m just joking. Anyway I should go. Enjoy the cookies!” Lisa left, and now Jennifer was more confused than ever.
