A naked walk

Even though he'd been travelling through time and space for billions of years, the novelty of exploring somewhere new never wore off on the Doctor.

As he tracked the signal with his sonic, he monologued to Ruby about how society had transformed in 2 millennia since her time. After a while, he realised that he wasn't getting much back from the blonde teen. Turning around to check on her, the timelord was struck with a mixture of humour and guilt.

Rather than marvelling at the futuristic architecture, Ruby was staring at her bare feet. Her hands were fidgeting at her sides, fighting the strong urge to cover up, and also shivering violently in the cool morning air. Her eyes and face were red; tears had been falling down her cheeks and splashing onto her large breasts, which bounced around painfully with each step. Aside from being embarrassed about her nudity, Ruby also looked incredibly awkward about being around so many other naked women. Unlike the 21st century teenager, no one else was concerned about their lack of clothing; they were happily walking around in the buff, accompanied by a man at all times, and not bothered about the air temperature.

While he found Ruby adorable when she was angry, embarrassed and naked, he didn't want to completely break the poor girl. A loud rumble from her stomach gave him the perfect excuse to get her off the street.

"Fancy some breakfast?" he asked her, staring pointedly at her belly.

Nodding glumly, Ruby followed him into a nearby cafe.

Sliding into a booth, the blonde girl twitched nervously; her hands squirming awkwardly in her bare lap, and her breasts swaying this way and that as she fidgeted.

"Please stop looking at my boobs..." she mumbled quietly as she consulted the menu; not at all like the confident girl she usually was when fully dressed.

The Doctor defensively explained that he'd been consulting his sonic, choosing for once not to comment on how her ample breasts were hard to miss.

A few minutes later, a waiter approached their booth.

With no warning at all, he reached down, placed one hand each of Ruby's boobs, and squeezed, hard.
