A mysterious neighbor and his assistant

A black SUV with tinted windows pulls up to the curb and the dark window slowly lowers. You are surprised to see two people in the vehicle. The passenger is a very tall blond woman with her hair pulled back into a bun. She has well-defined cheekbones and her thin lips are covered in red lipstick that gives her an attractive but somewhat cruel look. As you lean against the door to give them both a view of your overflowing cleavage you see she is wearing a red leather skirt and, strangely, a labcoat buttoned almost to her chin.

You don't know her name, but you recognize her from the neighborhood. She lives at the last house on your street and you have always wondered who she was and what she did for work.

The driver is a very small old man with tufts of white hair on his balding head. In addition to a matching labcoat, he is wearing oversized and very thick glasses. When he turns to regard you he reminds you of an owl.

"Ahem," he begins, "yes, miss."

"Are you two, uh," you feel a bit nervous, "looking for a good time?"

"Time," he says and the woman smiles. "Ahem, yes, yes. We wish some of your time. Just about an hour. You see, I am an inventor. Dr. Philovibe. You probably have not heard of me, such a, ahem, young woman as yourself."

The woman stares as you and you try to give her a friendly smile.

"What's the offer, Mr. Philovibe?" You ask.

"Doctor!" Barks the woman, startling you.

"Doctor, doctor!" You amend quickly.

"Ahem, yes, don't mind Helena, she is very sensitive to protocol and what have you. I have 500 dollars I would be willing to pay you for an hour of your time. Just accompany us to my labor-er, home, and we can get to the matter at hand."

The strange offer is more than a little creepy, but at the same time you find yourself intrigued by the duo.

Should you agree to their offer and get in the SUV with them? Politely decline?
