A memory from the past

Chapter 2

You can still remember the day you saw Megan and Millie for the first time. Shortly after your parents separated, your father had quickly reunited with another woman. After a short time he introduced you to the new family. Maybe it was a little early for you. You had hardly recovered from your parents' separation and were not yet ten years old, but both wanted to continue with their lives as quickly as possible.

You will never forget the looks your new sisters gave you from behind your stepmother. Millie a little anxious and nervous. She held on to your new mother's dress and looked from your father to you alternately. Megan curious. Her eyes were only on you. You stood - unprotected and "male" - next to your father and feeld uncomfortable in your Sunday clothes.

"Finn," your father had said. "This is your new family." He had pointed to the three women. You expected your new mother to be the first to respond to your introduction, 'Hello, I'm Finn'. But when Megan came out from behind her mother and came up to you, you didn't know how to react. Instead of taking your outstretched hand, you experienced your sister's first hug. It was a little hesitant, but much longer than you thought.

"Hello... brother." She had looked at the floor and then straight into your eyes, a shy smile with some teeth in her Sunday dress.

The same day your parents had left you for yourselfes and Megan had shown you her toy collection. You were allowed to play all the wild animals, Megan all horses. After only two hours, Millie had come into the room on her own and had played along shyly. After another few minutes, the two sisters were lying on the floor laughing because of the one joke you were particularly good at.

From now on, something was different in your life. You noticed that straight away, even if you couldn't put it into words. Something fundamental had changed. You had sisters. Megan two, Millie three years younger than you.

It hadn't taken twenty-four hours and you had found the task that you would do the rest of your life. Watch out for Millie and Megan.

After less than a week, Millie looked up at you for confirmation and you and Megan were already haunting the neighborhood. But that was not all.

After two weeks you met your third sister, Maureen. Maureen was a slightly different case. She was your new mother's oldest child, three years older than you, and somewhat difficult to handle. She lived with her father and you soon found out why. It was difficult to build a connection with her and the relationship between her and her little sisters was often not easy. Disputes were the order of the day. So she only came home for a weekend once every few weeks and that was mostly bad enough. Still, you always felt sorry for Maureen. Nobody knew exactly what she was doing with her father or who she was hanging out with in her spare time.

She sneaked into your room at night on your eighteenth birthday and so she was the first girl you had seen naked and you will never forget this picture either. You felt like she was using you to gain experience, no matter how that was possible. And as long as she didn't corrupt your sisters, you had no problem exploring your body when you thought of her. You quickly realized that she wasn't actually an evil person.

Your mother is a calm woman. You always had a good, stable relationship with her, compared to your real mother, but when it came to questions of trust, your sisters always came to you instead of her. And if you didn't know what to do next, you had addressed your father. Men's talks. But you never had the impression that your new mother would suffer.
