A lush jungle

You open the door gazing upon a jungle-like environment similar to Earth, the dirt has built up around your crashed ship. In the distance, you can see huge trees with vines and a green and purple moss-like substance covering them. The sky is blue with streaks of pink and even purple, and there are white and pink clouds, but besides them, are also green clouds occasionally, hanging in the thick air. The green trees weirdly have a purple edge around the leaves. Covering the floor of the ground is purple, blue, and green ferns. In the distance to the east, you see some mountains covered in bright pinkish snow and whose tops begin reaching up into the clouds. It is not bright outside; it is lit enough to see clearly, but it looks like it is the end of the day. Finally, in the distance, you can hear the call of some unknown alien lifeforms.

"Strange its so similar to Earth," you say.

"Yeah" Haruka nearly whispers, she sounds almost in a daze.

"You ok?" you ask, turning to face her.

Haruka just points up, as you turn to face what it is she was pointing at you see the burning wreck of The Andromeda entering the atmosphere. Your mind reels at seeing it, in your mind just hours ago you were on that, in your account you parents were just alive on that ship; that was your last real connection to Ear-

-"I think we should try to find some plants that are edible and somewhere to plant some crops." Haruka says, pulling you out of your thought while her statement seems to trail off towards the end.

"Yeah, we should stick together," you say looking back at her quickly, and apparently she did not expect you to look at her, she adverts her eyes for a second; was she just checking you out?

"Sure," she recomposes herself, you see her blush a little.

Ok, you start by looking for a source of freshwater. While you had the water reclamation filter, you could not survive and grow crops on 5 gallons of water. So with that goal, you and Haruka head off with great trepidation & weapons in hand into the unknown alien jungle.
