Shisui had become a Mist Shinobi and a memember of the Village, he was given an apartment close to the Academy, and he was officially allowed to Join the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Truth be told he had a preference for the Hiramekarei, Kiba, Nuibari and Shibuki. The Hiramekarei was what he was the most proficient with, followed by the Kiba and Shibuki and lastly Nuibari. Don't get ths wrong idea that he wasn't proficient with the Kabutowari, he most certainly was proficient, it was just that it was a bit of a handful and quite cumbersome. And Shisui was a Master Swordsmen and a Master Infiltrator, he performed different Skills he remembered from bits of fragmented Memories, and he quickly became a Master User of the Five Chakra Natures, particularly Fire, Lightning, Water and Wind-Style's. He had also perfected his use of the Lava, Gale, Scorch, Magnet, and Vapour-Style's, which were Kekkei Genkai.

Anyway Shisui was chosen to become the Mists Representative for the Joint Chūnin Exams with Suna and Konoha. This was the Mists first real opportunity to distance itself from its Bloody reputation, one that was especially influenced by the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, seconded only by the Fourth Mizūkage. So he was sent to his Birth Village and Took with him all but the Kabutowari.

He Took the fastest Route to the Leaf, And arrived within three days. Using what he remembered, and what his eyes told him in addition to his Instincts Shisui easily found the Sign up booth for the Exams. After signing he walked off. As he left the Sand Siblings arrived and Temari Caught but a glimpse of Shisui. ''Hey that looks like Shisui!'' Says Temari as Kankūro exchanges a look with Gaara.''Temari, Shisui has been missing for weeks, you have to move on, it was lucky that the others even got back at all, besides which If that was him why wouldn't he return here or back home already? You have to face it, Shisui is Dead.'' Says Kankūro. ''No! That must be him!'' Says Temari as as soon as she signs her name she rushes off after him. ''Here ae go again!'' Laments Kankūro.
