Who does Anna ask for directions
A drunk, but she meets a nobel man
If anyone would know where a tavern it, it would be the local drinking popultation, Anna figured. It wasn't hard to find one. She approached an older gentleman.
"Piss off whore! I don't have any money."
Being called a prostitute stung, but she figured it was the Red Light District so giving him the benefit of the doubt she said, "Not after money, just directions, I'm looking for the Lusty Wench Tavern?"
"Oh s-sure, it's that way." The man pointed unconvincingly in a random direction. Okay that wasn't helpful.
"Did I hear you were looking for the Lusty Wench tavern?" Anna turned to see a man wearing clean clothes and a red cloak; a nobel, or at least a rich merchant.
"Yes I am."
"Gosh a beautiful young woman like you shouldn't be going to a place like that."
"My step-brother owns the place."
"Ahh I see, well at least let me give you a ride there." The man smiled kindly. He was tall and quite handsome.
"I don't know..." Anna was wise enough to know not to take the kindness of strangers at face value. But then again what else could she do?
