A New Ally Approaches

"The Shrine is going to have a lot more people at this time of day, but it's going to be much faster than walking around the fishing pond." Kumiko said to herself as she pressed the trash can lid closely to her body. Not wanting to risk getting caught, the naked heroine grabbed a piece of cardboard from the trash and pressed it against her butt as she made a mad dash for the shrine.

Once she was half way down the street, however, Mademoiselle Mufette slunk out of the shadows, smirking evilly as the heroine ran off wearing only cardboard and a trash can lid alongside her boots, hat, and gloves. In all the commotion at the stadium, nobody bothered to check if the skunk woman was truly knocked out **** or merely stunned by her partner's blows.

"Hee hee hee! Dang, Boy! Ya certainly know how to woo a gal off her clawed, scaly, webbed feet!"

Mufette frowned in annoyance. Speaking of her partner, it appeared that Gator Gal was much too busy with that Z Class villain to help take down Magical Girl Kumiko. She didn't know what it would take to give the alligator woman a concussion, but she knew well enough that a small explosion and being thrown into a brick wall wasn't enough. The skunk woman sighed in annoyance as she trailed after Kumiko. Looks like it was up to her to bring Magical Girl Kumiko down.

After getting some weird looks from civilians, some of which took pictures or video of her, Kumiko finally made it to the local shrine. Looking around, the young woman saw a small group of tourists and their guide enter the courtyard, causing her to yelp and dive into the foliage. Taking a deep breath, Kumiko sighed in relief as she noticed that no one spotted her. Getting back to her feet, Kumiko dropped the lid and cardboard as she continued on, using the cover of the surrounding foliage to conceal her.

Unbeknownst to Kumiko, however, The Tour Guide (who's name tag read Kishimoto Osaka) did actually see the naked heroine, causing her to raise an eyebrow in confusion. Her confusion then turned into concern when, out of the corner of her eye, she saw a flash of black and white chasing after Magical Girl Kumiko as the two headed for the main temple.

"Terribly sorry, everyone!" Osaka suddenly called out, forcing a smile. "I just received information that the shrine is closing early tonight. So if you all can exit in a neat and orderly fashion, that would be very appreciated."

Despite their groans and complaints of disappointment, the tourists did just that, leaving Osaka alone in the courtyard. Once the woman was sure that everyone was gone, she turned back to the direction that Magical Girl Kumiko and Mademoiselle Mufette had gone in, glaring sternly.

"Not in my shrine you don't..." Osaka growled as she suddenly began to strip out of her uniform, boots, bra, and underwear. Once naked in the courtyard, the woman closed her eyes as a flaming red aura surrounded her, her skin becoming blood red as her hair became jet black. Two, curved horns sprouted from the sides of her head as a pair of black, bat-like wings sprouted from her back. Her fingernails grew into a set of razor sharp talons as she snarled, baring a mouthful of fangs. And as a long, forked tail sprouted from her lower back, her eyes opened to reveal a pair of glowing, yellow serpentine eyes.

For Kishimoto Osaka was not just a mere mild mannered shrine tour guide. She was none other than Calamity City's second most known heroine: The Guardian Devil!

Kumiko peeked out from behind a bush, looking around nervously as she grabbed a bonsi tree to cover herself, crab walking past the temple. She just needed to get past this temple and she was -

"Bonjour, Fille Magique Kumiko, Protectricede la Justice, Gardienne de la paix, l'Humanitaire désintéressé, et Vainqueur du mal."

Kumiko froze as she looked up, gulping as she saw Mademoiselle Mufette smiling smugly at the naked heroine, aiming her gauntlet at her.

"And Au revoir." The skunk woman quipped as she got ready to fire.
