A Little Extra Fun and a New Task

You decide to give the Tamer demoness a proper fucking as a "reward" for the little "show" she did for you. You start pounding her in her vaginal canal, rather forcefully. Having more space, and territory, in general, was a good idea. You already had the all-female police precinct under your command; maybe Domina and her minions could help in better-securing facilities; you also have the mall that acts as the end of one of your boundaries, with an artifact you corrupted beneath it, acting as a sort of trap for what few uninfected out there that wander into the area. But you still needed a few more tangible locations as both physical exertions of your power and clear indicators to other demons, lesser and otherwise, to let them know this was your territory and you didn't take things like them wandering in without your permission lightly. After establishing your clear boundary markers, you would have your forces go through and clear out the demons that were unwilling to accept your rule over the area; those that refused to submit to your rule would be dealt with accordingly. Besides, some of your subordinates, like the Pit Fiends that were formerly the female officers you "liberated" and the more beast-like demons under your thrall, were actually pretty aggressive, with noticeable violent tendencies, needed an excuse to vent physically. Pit Fiends usually got around this need by fighting each other in violently gory duels, which the precinct building really wasn't built for, or being sexually violent with each other, which was amusing to observe but was still only a stop-gap measure at best, and the more bestial demons were usually that way because they lacked the ability to mitigate their instincts in a potentially more productive manner.

You needed a place for the more violent, and aggressive, demons to vent in a way that wouldn't compromise the structures you had under your control; maybe taking the university grounds for yourself would work there. Not only would you be able to get more structures for your various uses, but the various sports fields on the campus grounds could work as arenas for the demons that don't have something to fight and need to get it out of their system for a while, with a few tweaks and modifications to the grounds to ensure the fights don't stray too out of bounds and potentially endanger the rest of your property.

On the subject of properties, there was that elite condo development a few blocks down from the precinct; you didn't know how that place was going in all this, but if the establishment was practically untouched, and unclaimed, then that was a whole building filled with new recruits for you to "play" with. Not to mention, the resources those residents had prior to recent events might prove useful to you in a variety of ways. And if you just so happened to find some rich bitches that needed to be put in their place, you got yourself a few nice little bonuses.

And chances were your subordinates have a few ideas on how you can expand your reach as well, so it might be worthwhile to hear their ideas. Granted, that's assuming they aren't caught up in the bliss of sexual activities with them. So many options; how to approach them?
