What Now?
A Hard Chat
After I finish talking with everyone I check the time. I see it's 2:49 PM and let Asami know I'm heading out. I go to my apartment and walk outside. I take out my motorcycle and start driving. I start driving to the new Guildhall and open my character sheet. I level up as soon as I do.
Level Up! You're now level 117! +10 Max MP and HP, +6 Skill Points.
I see I have 198 Skill Points and decide to use them, knowing I'll need whatever I can get for what's coming. I decide to put 40 into my Strength, 40 more into my intelligence, 40 into my Agility, 40 into my Wisdom, and the last 38 into my Endurance.

I finish driving and park next to the entrance. I shrink and store the bike away before entering. I walk up the stairs and to the same meeting room I meet the Dryads in before. I take out the Summon Me! paper Ayashi gave me when we visited the Guildhall. I take a deep breath before cutting my finger and putting some blood onto it. It lights up before burning and disappearing. The light remains and grows until I have to turn away. Once it fades I turn back and see Ayahsi standing there. She looks at me with a smile.
"It's about time you called me! I was starting to get worried. Especially when your Life Flame flickered like that." Ayahi says
"It flickered?" I ask while motioning to the table and chairs behind her. We take our seats before she answers.
"Yeah, it happens when you nearly die. Although it'd be better to say it blinked. It went out for a moment before coming back." She replies and I nod. "So anyway, why exactly did you call me today? I know I asked you to summon me when you slayed the Demon God, this way we can make you a full Mythos. But I assume you have something you want to talk about."
"Yes..." I say pausing before taking a deep breath and sighing. "Okay Ayashi. I'm just going to come out and say it. I think this plan is way too reckless to carry out." I say causing her to look at me stunned. Up until now, she's thought I was on board, asking questions to make sure everything was thought out.
"S-so you don't want to do it anymore?" She asks disappointedly.
"No. I..." I say before groaning and standing up. "Okay, so the Primal Source. I've been talking to it since I drank the water. He's asked me to try to stop you by any means necessary. After much, much, debating with myself and some help from Verona. I've come up with a plan. You and I are going to have a duel. If you win, not only will I be under a Pact to help you with your plan. But Prisma, the Primal Source will help out too. If you lose, you'll give up on uniting the worlds. Oh, um here. These are the Pacts. Prisma made them for us. He'll also oversee the duel between us, acting as the referee." I say while taking out the two Pacts and placing them on the table. Ayashi looks at me confused before looking at the papers.
"I-this is a lot to take in, give me a moment." She says before closing her eyes and placing her hand on her face. She takes a few deep breaths before taking the papers and reading them. "So, you've been talking to the Primal Source this entire time?" She asks and I nod.
"Yes, we first spoke when I drank the water. That's when he asked me to stop you. He said that you underestimate the other Lyna. Now I can see why. There are some incredibly greedy and power-hungry people in power. I'm sure they'd stop at nothing to discover the Primal Source." I answer causing her to sigh.
"Why are you risking this on a duel? If you wanted to stop me, you could've easily stabbed me in the back. I mean that literally. Until now I never even thought of you trying to harm me."
"Because I don't want to hurt you. This plan of yours is incredibly risky. But I know you're trying to help people, and maybe fulfill your desire to be in power. But regardless, many people would benefit from this. So I'm not going to kill you. I just want to make sure you don't make a mistake." I say causing her to smile sadly. "Besides, if you win then Prisma will help us with this. So that would hopefully mitigate the risk." I say awkwardly causing her to laugh. She takes out a pen from the air and writes her name on the Pacts. She cuts and places a bloody thumbprint on each. They light up and turn into six medallions. Two hover and vanish into the air. Two more fly to me and the other two stay with Ayashi. I store mine away and smile.
"Okay, we'll have this duel. When do you want to do it?" She asks.
"Right now. We'll have to enter Prima's... place." I say, unsure how to describe it.
"How do we do that? I've never been there. The Primal Source has never spoken to me." Ayashi says causing me to reach my hand out.
"Grab my hand, I'll take you there." I say. She grabs my hand and I cast Visit Prisma. The world around me fades and I find myself back in the water of Prisma world. I hear Ayashi gasp and turn to her. She's looking around in complete awe. She's snapped out of it by Prisma clearing his throat.
"I assume you being here means your ready?" Prisma asks. Ayashi turns to him and kneels.
"What's going on?" I ask Prisma after a few awkwardly silent moments.
"Right, I forgot about this. The Mythos tribe used to view me as something like a God. Not like the Gods and Goddesses I create, but a literally all-powerful God. I tried to get them to stop at first, but after a few hundred years I gave in. It made them happy and it's not like I disliked it." He says and I sigh. "Anyway, Ayshi. You do know why you're here right?"
"Yes! I'm here to duel Eric for both his and your aid with my plans." She says, still kneeling.
"Great. You can stop kneeling." Prisma tells her and she nods. She gets up and we walk about ten feet apart. "The rules are simple. You can use any magic you want. Do NOT hold back, if your attack would kill, I'll intervene and stop it. At which point whoever I saved would lose. You will continue until then or until one of you gives up. Don't worry about any injuries either. Even if you lose a limb in here, you'll be fine once you leave. It will still hurt though. Now get ready!" He says and I swap to my armor. Instead of my normal weapons, my Katana and Dagger. I get my Sword of Annihilation out. I don't make it take its sword form yet though. Ayashi looks at it in shock before smiling sadly again.
