She had to think about it. “Mayhaps. There are many paths this power can take. Daywalker would allow ye to walk in the sun, and mayhaps resistance to the rest of the weaknesses. But there be a cost: weakening ye other affinities. There in truth be two strains of them. First are but strong dhampires, and the other be vampires who learned to suppress their nature enough to avoid harm. As a child of a Lesser vampire ye can’t use the bloodline traits for the first, and to try the second would be a danger.”
