This particular game of D&D has a couple of major house rules. Firstly, if a player's character loses any clothes the player loses the corresponding items of clothing as well (or a close approximation, such as a jacket being a stand-in for leather armor), and will have to wait an hour before they can put them back on even if their character in-game is capable of immediately redressing.
Secondly, a player who has lost any clothing can submit to an embarrassing forfeit, suggested by their fellow players, and once completed they can immediately get all their clothes back. Below are links to all the chapters which include a forfeit challenge, compiled for you to easily navigate:

Boudoirs and Beholders
Revealing quests in a tantalizing D&D campaign
Follow along as a group of adventurers embark on a unique and risqué Dungeons and Dragons campaign that pushes the boundaries of both their imaginations and their characters. In this tale, the players find themselves delving into a world where mischievous pranks and tantalizing encounters take center stage. As the players delve into a vibrant fantasy realm, they discover that their characters possess a mischievous streak. They use their wits, spells, and clever tactics to engage in playful seductions, cheeky banter, and provocative encounters with non-player characters, using the options available to them to strip the characters they encounter. The narrative mimics a genuine Dungeons and Dragons campaign, with detailed descriptions of magical items, spells, and scenarios that enable the characters to push the boundaries of the game.
