[GM] The Forest Moves.

Thorn heard leaves rustling not far from the dais. She was new to this place, but recognized the disturbance was significant --- This was not caused by a small animal.

She slowly crept down from the dais onto the circle of stone around it, trying to quiet her movements as best possible. She moved achingly slow so as to silence her hooves, even as the presence grew closer.

Thorn attempts to hide. [CAUTION 18+3 = 21 vs 6+3 = 9]

Her movements are indeed silent, but whatever creature was out there still wandered nearer, coincidentally or not. She was quiet, yes, but what if it had other senses? Some creatures can _smell _better than hear. You can't simply hide from that, and her natural scent took effort to mask. She knew this risk, of course, from the... From... Where did she know that from?

There was no time to think. She beelined for the bushes to the right, trying to avoid the path of the creature. She needed tools. Something --- Anything.

Mercifully, there are many solid stones scattered about the vicinity.
