Many of the character's are evil, while others are good people struggling with their condition. In general though, the vampires in this story are not "sparkly", they are predators. This story contains a good amount of , and is bloody (like any vampire story). It is nothing worse than typical vampire fiction, but still may not be for you. None of the here is meant to be normative, it is meant to be frightening.
