In the late 1990s in Mifune, a new problem has begun to plague the city from aboard, as an influx of foreign tourists from America have brought a number of troubles with them, most concerning being the sudden string of disappearances of Mifune's young women. After the mysterious of a police detective and the police ceasing any more efforts to find the culprits, Ryougi Shiki and her fiance Mikiya Kokutou take an interest into it, but as she delves into this case, she finds that she may become much more entangled in this incident than she'd like.
