Once a year every year for an individual who's come of age, they are granted a special hour long pass in which short of they cannot be persecuted for any crimes they commit. Most people use this to get out of small things or settle petty grievances but what if someone saved up 10 hours’ worth of spree time, how would they go about settling old accounts and just how dark of an individual would they have to be in order to nurse a grudge for ten years?
