A villain has a problem: he doesn't have enough minions. Training someone takes too long, and it's not easy to just recruit people since there's a chance that they're spies. Luckily, he's got his most devoted yet extremely unconfident minion who has figured out a way to copy her mind into other people (originally as a way to give herself a better looking body) that will allow you to have as many minions as you can kidnap!
