Work on my screenplay. This is the equivilent to junk food writing for me.

Anything that allows me a greater knowledge or understand of a particular subject.

Frankly, I can't write my serious material without a break here and there.

Just some dude with a lofty aspiration who takes breaks to write here every once in a long while in the hope that I'll be able to refocus my efforts.
