There are gyms where women go to get stronger... and there are gyms where strong women go to challenge each other and see who comes out on top. Velvet Steel is one of the latter. It provides the usual panoply of machines and training equipment, but the centerpiece is the large wrestling mat in the middle, where duels for dominance and struggles for supremacy take place.
