This story follows Billy, a non-powered 18 year old virgin, in a world where about half of the population develop various super abilities at the age of 18. But this isn’t the same as another world with people developing certain “mutations” (wink wink) these powered civilians are easily superior. Why would they not be? Men. On average get your more physical abilities. Perhaps super strength, or super speed, maybe both. Women have the more mental powers typically. Reading minds, or possibly controlling them totally, even the ability to easily put one in a super enhanced state of hypnosis…..
