This gamer ends up with the powers of the gamer, however, an interesting twist comes into play when his gender is bent. Just like in some video games where the gender of your character can be picked, so can he change his own, affecting not only his abilities, but the way he views the world and how it views him.

Klinefelter syndrome is a genetic condition affecting males, and it often isn't diagnosed until adulthood. Why is this considered a male only syndrome? Because it only causes problems for men. This may include, but is not limited to, low sperm count or no sperm, low sex drive, taller than average height, decreased facial and body hair, small testicles and penis, weak bones, less muscular compared with other men, enlarged breast tissue, tendency to be shy and sensitive, wider hips, female pubic hair pattern, higher pitch voice, and increased belly fat.
