He actually is a teeny bit mad, since he always asks you, his lifelong friend, to be the guinea pig he tests his creations on. Luckily, you have never been altered or died because of these experiments, but that changes when he creates a next-next-generation computer whose blueprints he altered from a transdimentional device he found online. He compiles all the Elder Scrolls locations into one game, after messing with the Skyrim coding and whatnot. He adds mods, that he created, and after he goes out, you decide to take it for a test run.
