The NXT Invasion

For years it’s been mentioned that the NXT Women’s Division is the best in the world. A couple months ago, the women that comprise that division decided that they didn’t just want to hear it being said any longer, they wanted to prove without a doubt that they are the best women wrestlers in the world. So, eight of NXT’s finest- Blake Monroe, Cora Jade, Gigi Dolin, Indi Hartwell, Jaida Parker, Roxanne Perez Sol Ruca, and Tatum Paxley “invaded” RAW and Smackdown, setting their sights on the women of the main roster who they claim cannot compete with the skill of NXT. The attacks grew stronger and then tensions grew higher. AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Isla Dawn, Liv Morgan, Nikki Bella, Rhea Ripley, and Tiffany Stratton took offense to this declaration and launched several counter attacks. Finally, the “NXT Invasion” event was booked and established a tournament of increasingly intense stipulations between the women of NXT and the Main Roster, aimed to not just humiliate one another, but also assert their dominance and claim the title of the best women’s division in wrestling.
