Focus on other creative outlets. I've been running a DnD game for a while, and I'm an experienced poet. I've got other hobbies but most of which aren't related.

I don't read. Mad boring.

It's an entertaining and reasonably healthy creative outlet, it also acts as a way to calm myself and give me something to spend my free time on.

Nothing more than a person who enjoys art. If something can keep my mind entertained, then it's a win in my book.
