kyle and the amoba lake

kyle was an 19 year old collage student in Maine and is sometimes bored about almost everything in his life and most of the time he's often lazy, he had some great hobbies like swimming, exploring, traveling, fishing and camping.

today we see him wandering the woods carrying his camping supplies looking for a nice spot for him to camp out, that was until a really strange lake caught his eye and went over to investigate it. he layed down his supplies and walked over at the edge of the lake and started to stare at it for a while. the water which he believed to be seemed to have been so still and undisturbed, like nothing was here to drink from it. the color of the lake seem to be like the hotsprings in yellowstone caldera, except there was no steam or gas, the lake was aqua green at the shoreline, the deepest part of the lake seemed to be a dark violet.
he decided to try something out and went over back to the woods to find a stick or something to poke at the water with to see what happens. it wasn't long until he finally found something he could use, he picked up a twig off the branch of a dead tree and went back to the camp site and stood there the edge of the strange lake. he then started poking at the lake's water edge with the twig, then what caught his eyes was something he did not expect to see, the twig didn't penetrate the surface, not even a ripple, its as if the edge of the lake was just made from rubber-gel.

kyle then walked away from the edge of the lake and went to set up camp next to the lake, he began setting up the tent and then he started a campfire to keep him warm and safe. after he finished setting up the camp site he began looking back at the lake and started thinking of what kind of lake this is? he was not sure what to do right now so then thought to himself of what to do. he wanted to know if it is safe or not, he had no idea what to do, so he had so many of these choices on what to do now.

should he just leave the lake alone and not tell anyone about it?

go ask someone for information about it?

walk on it to see if its entirely liquid?

toss something into the lake to see if its liquid or not?

or use something to see if the entire lake is liquid?

go tell somebody about this lake?
