One of my friends who just recently got married, told me that you gave them some really good advice. And I too am getting married. In fact it will be just next week. My girlfriend and I have been friends since we were kids and we just recently graduated high school. I was hired at a construction firm and I'm fortunately making pretty good money!

Here is the problem. There is a guy who is bullying me and making my life miserable at work. Worse yet his dad Mr. Ramano owns the company and this bully, at least around his circle of friends, goes by what I think is a made up mafia name Luca ‘Big Snake’ Ramano … ha, as if.

Luca often tells me the naughty things he would like to do to my sweet, innocent girlfriend, Annie. Then he just laughs and slaps me on the back when I get mad. Sometimes when my girlfriend stops at work to drop off my lunch, Luca will pull me aside and ask if he and the boys can go a few rounds with my shy little rag doll. He then says he is just joking like men do … but I don't like it! Luca will then give me that weird look and wink as he tells his buddies something and they crack up laughing. At first I thought they were laughing at Annie and that they had nicknamed her ‘rag doll’ because she has a little Raggedy Ann doll tattooed on her ankle. I think the tattoo is so cute because she also has the real doll at home that she’s had since she was a child.

My girlfriend, Annie, is so kind and caring but also very shy. She didn’t have many girl friends in high school. About a week after I started work at the construction site she met Sindie at a nearby local coffee shop and has been her best friend ever since. Annie has of course chosen Sindie as her trusted maid of honor.

Anyway, my real question is about the wedding. The maid of honor has invited her boyfriend to our wedding and her boyfriend is none other than Luca ‘Big Snake’ Ramano! I'm ashamed to tell Annie that Luca is bullying me, so I just told her I didn't want him at the wedding because I don't like him. Annie said that her girlfriend introduced him to her and he seems like a nice guy. She then said that maybe I was just a bit nervous before the wedding and there was nothing to worry about.

Mr. D what do you think? Should I insist that Luca not be invited?
