They are to constantly crouch on the ground, their hands chained above them and their legs spread to form a squatting position. They are punished every day. There are very few A+Rank Prisoners, and they are known to also endure particular punishments said to be of sexual nature.

S Rank Prisoners: Highly classified, prisoners of god-like power capable of comparing to even a Great Family Head.
