Time Loop
You're lost in an endless cycle of events...
Chapter 1 by Vain
You wake up in a small hotel room, at exactly 7:02 a.m., just like so many days before.
It's not like you've been here forever, but it certainly feel so when you look at the familiar ceiling and the bare walls. In fact you've only stayed for a single night, but it seems like you've somehow been trapped in some kind of time loop, which sees you living the same day over and over again.
The first few times it happened you were in a state of shock and confusion, but now you're just trying to figure what the hell is going on, without upsetting every person around you. As far as you can tell it's only you who can remember what happened during this day, and when you wake up in this room in the morning everything else has simply been reset to the way it was.
Following your usual routines you get out of bed and get dressed, then adjust your shirt in the mirror. Looking back at you is a fairly average Caucasian male in his early thirties, with tired blue eyes and tousled brown hair. The good thing about being stuck in this time loop is that your stubble doesn't grow, and you don't need to wash your clothes every day. The bad thing is that you've definitively seen better days than this one to get stuck on.
There's single window in this small room, but your only view is the flat brick wall of the building right next to the hotel. Which is kind of ironic, seeing how those two houses are the only ones within a mile's radius along this empty road...
What are you going to do then?
