The new law

The new law has been put in place today. Most women were against it, but the large majority of men and some particularly horny women won with a small lead, and thus the law passed.

The new law states that men over the age of 18 can use any woman over the age of 18 whenever and however he wants, with a small catch. Vaginal penetrative sex is strictly off limits, with standard laws of consent put in place. This is largely due to the ability to get pregnant as well as the transmission of STIs. Any other form of sexual activity is completely up to men as they see fit.
