Somebody invented mind control, and somebody else stole it.

In some universe, somewhere, some-when, someone invented mind control. Then left it laying around for any old person to take. Our protagonist stumbles across it, swipes it, then predictably abuses it. Who made it? Who took it? Who do they fuck with it? It's all up to you. No universe, established or original is off limits.
Basic rules for anyone planning to add to this:
Chapter naming rules: Inventor - User - Universe. For example, Dr. Torrent - Jamie - Original, for an original universe. Or Mei - Izuku - My Hero Academia, for the BNHA universe.
Stories should have an established inventor and protagonist. Inventor cannot be the user, or permanently get the item back. It can be any kind of mind control, in any level of effectiveness, but cannot be something too overpowered. For instance, it can't be a genie, because: 1, no one invents that shit, and 2, that's reality altering, not really mind control.
Also, the inventor doesn't have to be fucked, just fucked with. If you wanna make him a guy and fuck his wife in front of him, go for it. Up to you guys.
