The Sexual Service

Two years ago our correspondent Slobadan Milkowicx interviewed the Chief Procurer, of the Royal Harem. This year he was granted access to interview The Lord High Marshal, and recently, continuing the series he interviewed the Director of Female Behaviour . Today he has been talking to a Civil Sexual Service Assessor to understand more about the Service, its role and the role of its 900 Assessors who manage both CSS girls and girls of the Inn Service. The roles are popular of course because daughters in the Civil Sexual Service between the months of May and September will be liable to 1% taxation, as opposed to 2% and those working as licensed inn-girls in a registered establishment will be liable to 1.25% tax.

SM: Good morning Vladimir Eksloki, I believe you have been an Assessor for your Canton for six years now? Could you tell us about your work please?

VE: Good morning. Of course, my primary role is the selection, management and continued assessment of girls who wish to Serve their Citizens and Country in sexual work either outdoors during the summer, in the case of the CSS,

or throughout the year in the Inn service.

So, first of all we have to carry out selection - we sift through dozens and dozens of written applications in our towns, from girls aged 18 to 25, which must be accompanied by the "Standard Female Service Photograph" - simply fully naked front and back, available from all our nations photographic shops!

Of course I see hundreds of such photos but one can never get bored as it is an essential part of my work for the State! I then have to make a decision as to who I see as suitable for service, as part of the Ministry for Female Oversight I am very aware that I can also help the Royal Harem Procurers if I see a particularly lovely young lady and I will send such a photo to the High Procuress' office. Here is a good example - I know this local girl was accepted and made a fine Royal Harem chattel!

After this first perusal I call them in to my offices where I can explain what their duties would involve if they pass the selection test to my satisfaction...they fully undress in front of me the moment they walk in; otherwise they will never pass!

SM: The selection test?

VE: Is simply to demonstrate their sexual prowess, with myself or one of my colleagues, usually this is by fellatio to completion and full swallowing of all the semen,

but if a girl seems a bit recalcitrant, does not enjoy this act, has difficulty swallowing

or we have doubts as to her prowess then we will certainly continue with full intercourse, vaginal

and very often anal as well, for good measure - we cannot have girls who do not enjoy sexual acts!

We will continue until we're satisfied (or not as the case may be!) that she has enough prowess to satisfy our fine citizens.

If all is satisfactory they will be assigned a location in the city, work a minimum of 12 hours from 8:00am to 8:00pm and have to satisfy 30 men a day - should one of our female citizens wish to partake of her services (and our older ladies frequently do!) then this does not count towards the quota.

Every time they serve a citizen they take a photo as proof and send it to the Assessors Office - personally I prefer a face shot with semen as good evidence! Here are two examples from yesterday...

Clearly this citizen had been saving his semen up haha!

Then we tally up the services and every Sunday each girl is caned in public for any count under her quota. I expect nothing less than 180 Monday to Saturday! It averages at 24 minutes per service, but we all know there are longer and shorter service intervals haha! A clever CSS girl often serves two at once and that is quite acceptable!

Simple fellatio is categorised as a "Service"

as is copulation, of course, with men of any age (girls can not refuse service to anyone!)

and any form of penetration to completion by our male citizens. Anal is very popular among young men

and, quite often these days, multiple penetration by friends simply enjoying their day off in one of our fine parks.

Girls are allowed shoes (although some choose not to wear shoes, as many men like bare feet!)

and a blanket and their own refreshments... we are not uncivilised haha!

SM: Very good, we are a fine country! Can you tell me about the canings on Sunday?

VE: Of course - CSS girls have a day off on Sunday and on Sunday mornings we Assessors (there are 30 in every canton, each responsible for twenty girls) tally the penis-quota for each girl. Those who are lacking are summoned to the town's central citizens park (oh, those who do not come by the way are sentenced to 3 months on a Correction Farm, so they always turn up!) where we carry out the canings.

It's a tiring time for us, usually taking several hours as people walk by and watch all the afternoon! Some of the more experienced girls may only need one or two strokes

But some may be 20 or more short and they suffer a lot as we turn their naked bottoms bright red and purple with welts. It is, of course, their own fault and we find that the next week they always make quota!

In addition to caning we also check each girls standards regularly throughout the summer by using them ourselves - those that do not satisfy us will be caned as well!

SM: Very good, a service appreciated by our citizens! Can you tell me about the Inn service girls?

VE: Hostelry owners apply for Inn girls every April, they can apply for one girl per 50 customers according to the size of premises. The average number is three girls per inn these days...

We sort applicants in a similar manner but we ask the hostelry owner to be part of the section process, it would be improper not to do so! Thus they are welcome to come to our office and inspect those girls we might assign them.

We also expect the girl to have sex with the hostel owner, or multiple owners if that is the situation. If the owners are satisfied then the girls are assigned for a year.

They work a naked fourteen hour shift in the hostelry every day, this includes serving drinks

including our excellent national pilsner

and cleaning tables

and floors

sometimes even working outside, even in winter

But of course their main purpose is sexual service... they may start by telling customers about their bodies and how amenable they are and describing their services

which are provided for a small fee at all times,

they must allow customers to feel their bodies,

and, naturally, examine their breasts

in any way they want...

I personally like to provide my inns with big-breasted girls, and the inn-keepers I work with appreciate that!

Customers are always allowed to sample the girls parts,

prior to heading to a private room

for full sexual service,

The inn keeper is required to provide a room for sexual services, whether they are oral,

simply vaginal,

or anal

it matters not what the customer wants, because service cannot be refused and that is what the inn-girl is there for, 15 hours a day, seven days a week for an entire year!

And that may include servicing several men at once - especially on weekends!

We do check the rooms, there is little doubt that some are far finer than others, with bathrooms for customers attached (inn girls always wash in their own external facilities)

or fancy furniture...

But all that is required is a basic bed and pillow and that they are cleaned after every service, so they can simply be big enough just for the bed.

although in some basic inns we will allow a comfortable sofa for the girl to provide her services on

some of these can be rather old, but that is not our concern...

Some inns have been found to use the toilet areas to provide more service at the same time, but this is illegal and we will fine these places,

even if the girls are happy with it!

We do employ freelance undercover inspectors who will take photographic evidence for us!

But, if their is a surfeit of customers then it is permissible for an inn girl to service them in the bar area itself, sitting in a corner and using only her mouth for instance,

or, indeed, satisfying several customers at once with her mouth whilst riding others with her vagina...because at the end of the day the satisfaction of customers and citizens is always to be the prime consideration of the inn-keeper.

In addition to the service room an inn-keeper must provide a place for the girls to cleanse themselves after each service and carry out their ablutions. This is always outside the premises, in a busy city hostelry it might be a fully tiled shower area with space for several inn girls at once,

and with a separate toilet area,

or a simple bricked facility with a wooden door in older premises, this can be for showering and a toilet - as an Assessor it is my duty to ensure such facilities are available

they are allowed to be primitive so long as they are functional. A simple wooden screen with a shower unit,

a shower on the courtyard wall of a country inn, let's face it these inn girls are in no need of any privacy

or in the mountains of my canton a shower bag hanging behind a village inn will suffice. A girl can simply go to the toilet in the woods in these regions!

In these poor and remote villages we may even allow a bucket in a storage shed if there is no money available for a shower to be installed!

SM: Very interesting, and do these inn girls incur any punishment like the CSS workers?

VE: But of course, discipline is essential in any female service, the nation cannot suffer disobedient women! Inn girls are punished for lateness, in summer - when they are not permitted to wear any clothing at all on the way to work,

and in winter... when shoes are permitted

and a even short coat, which shall remain open, if the temperature is below freezing (an inn girl’s duty is to advertise the "wares of the hostelry" at all times). A girl is caned ten strokes for every minute she is late.

They are punished for “bad service”, such as crying and complaining during anal sex

And not pleasing customers, ten strokes per complaint. These canings are carried out by the inn keeper, often on Friday evenings in the bar so that customers can attend and watch…

SM: very good, discipline is essential..can I ask, do you provide girls for all premises?

VE: indeed we do! For fancy cocktail bars in the cantonal capital, where bigger breasted girls are always required,

Also small nightclubs in our towns where the girls will walk and dance amongst guests to offer their services,

To beach bars in our fine coastal towns,

Our citizens can be assured that they will always find a young Molonian girl available for their sexual needs!

SM: Marvellous, thank you for this interesting interview, do you have any final words for our readers?

VE: it has been a pleasure and may I remind all our citizens that wherever they are there will always be an assessed and lovely young Molonian girl provided by the government for their sexual needs…
