The Rose Manor Establishment

This is my first time writing a story from beginning to end the whole way through, instead of small add-ons to other peoples stories. Any tips or help offered about how and where I could improve my writing is appreciated, I thank everyone for their understanding.

Rose Manor a brothel that caters both to the rich and poor, residing in the heart of one of the biggest cities on the continent with hundreds of patrons a day. The reputation they have amassed has spread across the world, earning both respect and concern. The size of the compound itself seems to be outrageously exaggerated when you first hear about it, however when seen in person it's confirmed to be true leaving many first time patrons astounded. There are rumors that the city itself was actually built around the manor and that is why it is able to own so much property in one of the worlds largest cites.

The compound has thirty-six different buildings ranging from small bungalows to mid-rise apartment buildings, offering a wide range of environments and space for the patrons to engage in there deepest fantasies. Of course the price is different depending on who you are with, where you stay, how long you stay, and what activities you partake in. The houses or rooms come fully stocked with food that can be eaten or cooked by the patron or courtesan but can also be used in any type of food play they so choose to engage in. The place also comes stocked with various items to be used during different plays ranging from plastic tarps for piss play to the common sex toy and binding rope. The acts more needing of larger devices or entire rooms dedicated to them won't be found in the common places and will need to be specifically requested. The closets of the rooms or buildings will have a variety of clothing in which the patron and courtesan may use to enhance the act.

Every residence also comes equipped with the ability to both enable or disable sound proofing at the patrons leisure, with default setting being enabled. For the more exhibitionist and voyeur clients, we offer specific zones where likeminded individuals gather without interacting with those who would rather not partake in such acts. We have multiple rooms facing each other with various options on window opacity. Multiple small wooded areas, parks, or ponds in-between buildings to engage in outdoor sex or risk play. Of course these areas a split into two zones, one which has high voyeur traffic and easier line of sight to buildings and rooms. The other which has it more secluded with zero chance of others seeing or being near.

In the exhibitionist and voyeur zones the patrons and courtesans are given an identifying item usually of a specific color indicating their preference, the item is usually an armband near the armpit, a bracelet near the wrist, or ribbon either attached to the clothing or in the hair of the courtesan. The colors are signaling what both the patron and the courtesan are willing to engage in, from only watching silently, getting a close look or watching overtly, participation from males, participation from females, one participant only, group participation, courtesan participation only, patron participation only, only acts done to the courtesan, only acts done to the patron, and allowing anything. The patron if they notice somebody watching must also look for the identifying item indicating what the viewer consents to as well, if the individual is only into watching the patron and courtesan must ignore the viewer and continue as if they aren't there. The patron and courtesan cannot shoo away any viewer, patron or courtesan as the area allows all to watch freely no matter the number of audience members as long as they watch in the preference of those engaging in the act.

The exhibitionist and voyeur zones can also be closed off, along with most of our outdoor activities due to the weather. Although not officially closed by the manor ourselves but rather almost all courtesans will refuse to engage in the usual activities with the risk of getting sick being heightened due to the weather. With the low amount of traffic in these zones the thrill is also lower as rarely would anybody be nearby to watch. I do say almost all though as a few courtesans will partake in such activities if offered enough money and with the knowledge that if they do get sick they can rest without having to entertain anymore patrons till they recover. Of course if the courtesans do get sick, injured, or marked enough where they are unable to entertain our patrons due to a prior patrons activities. The patron responsible will be fined extra due to the courtesan inability to work, so unless the patron is willing to be fined after their stay at the manor we dissuade such activities.

On the subject of extra fines the patron may incur while engaging in activities with our courtesans during their stay. I must bring up the destruction of apparel and objects while engaging in your roleplay. The courtesan will in the moment act along with you if the destruction is in line with the roleplay, however they will remind you before you leave about the fines you will be issued due to your actions. If the destruction isn't part of the roleplay they will remind you of the fine but not stop you if you continue destroying the place as their own safety is more important.

The courtesans we offer are both male and female ranging from ages 18-80 of all body types and ethnicity, the full-time courtesans we offer all have the basics of knowledge to service any gender the patron is. Each courtesan has some ability to roleplay and has one to three roleplays they excel at. If the patron takes a liking to a particular courtesan and wants to engage in a act not listed in the courtesans profile they may offer an increased price to tempt the courtesan to agree to the act with the final decision being in the hands of the courtesan. The patron can not threaten the courtesan and can only ask the courtesan to engage in the act once every three visits.

We also offer some part-time or seasonal courtesans who want some supplemental income during their stay with us, they aren't as proficient as our full-time courtesans but are available should any patron want them. The part-time courtesans may be someone you know in some cases, your best friends wife who wanted a little extra money to buy a surprise gift for their husband without his knowledge. Your own spouse or partner who has secretly been working here. The overbearing bosses wife who wanted to spice up their life without their husband knowing, or maybe even the boss himself who only wants to see male patrons. Maybe a married couple together testing the boundaries of their marriage. A pregnant women dumped by the baby daddy who needs money to raise the unborn child and would do anything for the right price. A childhood friend and crush who is offering their first-time to anyone with enough money, would you have enough to buy it for yourself?

We also host a variety of events should a special courtesan arrive, one of which is a auction for the courtesans first time when we have the in-house courtesans come of age. Of course we have one-off men and women who come for a big payday during these events, hoping to sell themselves big once and never have to partake in this lifestyle again. We have previously had a thirty-seven year old man at the last auction offering both penis and anal virginity hoping to evoke somebody's pity enough to purchase their first-time. Also an twenty-two year old business women needing money to jumpstart her business a few years ago, who now owns a large company and has become very successful. I'm sure the women who bought her first-time is relishing in the memory they had with her many years ago. The stay time for patrons can be anywhere from an hour to three days depending on the amount paid and the play they like to engage in. A patron could stay longer but we usually frown upon it as we aren't a hotel but rather a brothel. Full-time courtesans live on site and are not permitted to leave unless they become part-time or quit entirely in which they are escorted off the compound. The needs of the courtesans are met entirely by the manor during their stay to housing, meals, and cleaning. The housing can be changed depending on the courtesans liking and willing to spend the money they earn while working here.

Part-time and seasonal courtesans are given dormitories during their stay which can be changed to living arrangements similar to the full-time courtesans should they be willing to pay for it. However since they are usually doing this for the supplemental income they are content with the basic dorms issued and don't upgrade the rooms. Depending on the courtesans preference they could choose to entertain the patron at their rooms they upgraded to or the basic rooms the were given or choose to keep their private lives and courtesan work separate and have the manor arrange a room. Due to the patrons request and the rooms functionality the courtesan may need to go to the room arranged by the manor even if they would prefer otherwise.

Some courtesans have fully stocked the closets with all the prepared types of apparel they would need for the acts they have chosen to engage in and have had the building they live in fitted with entire rooms and devices they would need to satisfy the patrons without ever leaving the building. All the buildings of the compound have been specially designed to never see another patron once inside, so there are no run-ins in the hallways or lobbies which patrons can find quite awkward.

The entire ground of the compound is cared for and managed by the manor staff which also have the identifying item on them that can be frequently seen in the exhibitionist and voyeur zones, most are only consenting to small amounts of voyeurism as it is a occupational hazard. However a few wonder the grounds looking for something much more during their breaks. There are rumors the cleaning staff is by far the most depraved as they are called by the courtesans to clean up the rooms or even their bodies after a visit by the patrons. You can see some of the cleaning staff rushing by on the way to clean someplace only they aren't carrying any cleaning supplies and when stopped to ask about it they say they already have everything they need with a smile. The cooks and receptionists are by far the most tame as they treat the place like any other job regardless of the establishment they work for.

You can choose to enter the manor through one of the four main gates, each situated on the edge of the four main zones of the city. Any entrance you go through won't matter as the furnishing inside is the same for every location the rich side of town or the poor. You will be greeted by a receptionist both male or female depending on location, time, and day. They will ask the standard questions about whether this is the first visit or if you are a prior patron, whether or not you know the guidelines, or are in the possession of any weapons or electrical devices, before having a staff member escort you to a room where the specifics of your visit can be arranged.

Once inside the room your handed a small stack of papers with a questionnaire to fill out pertaining to your visit along with a box to put any banned items inside to be returned after your stay, if you are a prior patron you will enter the room with the stack of papers already laying on the table and asked if the same conditions still apply or if you would like to change anything. In the questionnaire will be the standard questions of full-time courtesan, part-time courtesan, gender, age range, hair color, ethnicity, body type, duration of stay, tattoos, piercings, roleplay scenarios, the acts you would like to do, and the acts you refuse to do, etc. To the more specific details such as blind, amputee, pregnant, family courtesans, disabled, etc. Once your preferences and requirements are known the staff worker leaves before returning in five minutes with the profiles of the available courtesans that are the closest matches.

In the profile of the courtesans you will see the same things as the questionnaire you just answered just more defined and exact, along with their first name and photos of them with options to see them clothed or nude if you so choose. You will also see what they consent to, which roleplays they excel at, and what they do not allow. Once you have made your choice you pay and the courtesan is notified before the worker walks you toward the building or room which you will stay. Along the way the staff worker will remind you of certain rules pertaining to the establishment and anything specific about your activities for your stay that you should know.
