The Pill

John is a Senior in college, studying Mechanical Engineering. He has worked very hard for his degree, often working on holidays & breaks to get experience & good grades. He is a B average student, through hard work and effort. He even has a slick job lined up after graduation. John is an average looking 21 year old student, 5 '11, brown hair and eyes, slender build, and olive tan skin like the rest of his family. However, nobody gives him a second look.

John’s older sister, however, is the total opposite. Where John got the short end of the genetic stick, his sister got all the goods. Standing at 5’6, John’s sister got all the attention, especially growing up in high school. At 25 years old, Sarah has long, silky brown hair, olive skin, looks anybody would kill for, and a slim, toned body. She was always popular, hard as she tried to hide how much she liked it. She did not go to college, but got a modeling gig right out of high school, and has become financially independent. “Why can you be more like Sarah?” his parents asked.

Growing up, John had very few friends. Sarah, being the older sister, was to bring him along on trips to the mall, shopping, going out with friends, etc. This might explain the disdain Sarah has for him to this day… He was constantly living in her shadow, the third wheel. It's no secret she was the favorite, and while everything came easy to her, John has had to work hard to get everything he has. Even his effort in college has gone unnoticed, which of all the things, had irked him the most.

This brings us to today, where Sarah has just made a big announcement.
