The Pantser

The Pantser is an individual who is a very talented thief. She has the ability to run at insanely fast speeds, almost as if the world slows down around her. The reason for the name is obvious, she usually leaves anybody, usually female guards, on the scenes of her crimes without their pants.

She is currently in the back of a police van being taking to prison. The Pantser is a low level villain but unfortunately she was at the wrong place at the wrong time and she was caught by a superhero. Fortunately for her, the police don’t realize she has superspeed, they believe she is just a regular human thief. There’s two female officers in the back of the van with her, a blonde and a brunette. And one male and one female in the front, two blondes. There’s one other prisoner in the van as well, a red head thin female.

The officers are currently pulling up to the police station, it’s a small county station that only has two floors, and a few officers and secretaries.
