The New World Harem

The world ended ever so suddenly.

At first, people were talking about getting the cure to cancer. Then the world ended. How did we get to where we are right now? Men started dying, and it wasn't normal too. They started to lose their muscle mass and strength. Very soon they were dried up husks and they just withered away. The scientific community and the religious community had deferring theories. While the religious community claims that it is the will of God, the scientific had other theories. They had collected some husks and ran some tests on them.

What they found was that all the men passed away due to a virus that when added with the 'Y' chromosome caused a self destruct upon the specimen itself, making the men to die from inside out. As they researched further into the matter, they found that if there were some mutation that happens to the chromosomes, such as if the male had XYY or XXY, they would survive, with the latter beginning to exhibit female features, such as growing breasts and female reproductive organs forming, and the former still as a man.
